Description
Given that there currently exists a large number of available resources via different media, institutions and people, often the difficulty for the end users is finding and locating them quickly and in a manner adapted to their needs. To do this, one of the main elements of the Multi-Channel Platform for the Caregiver necessarily needs to be coordination, actively involving the various agents and institutions that can offer support resources for the caregivers and the families their responsible for.
To accomplish the main objective of this initiative, the following general framework of action is laid out below, which includes the approach of independent projects to be carried out by different agents, but related to the general objective:
