Activating Drivers for Digital eMpowerment in Europe (ADD ME!)

Objetives

Desarrollar una comunidad virtual formada por una red de gobiernos locales, ONGs, etc. para apoyar a las personas en peligro de exclusión digital.

Description

This network will be focussed on three main target groups at risk of digital exclusion:

a) Elderly, poor or retired citizens.

b) Youngsters not in education, employment and training (NEET), and non-EU young people that are integrating into local communities in different European countries.

c) Civil servants working in local governments that are small and do not have enough resources to improve their capacity and skills to use ICT at work and at home.

ADD ME! is a European project co-financed by the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP) – Sub-programme: ICT Policy Support Programme (ICT PSP) launched by the DG Information Society (European Commission).
