Lighten the Load
Objetives
Semana Europea de salud y seguridad en trabajo. Se trata de ayudar a los empresarios y trabajadores del entorno del PTA a comprender el papel de la innovación en la prevención de los trastornos musculo- esqueléticos.
Description
The Lighten the Load campaign in 2007 has as its objective to promote an integrated management model to deal with muscular-skeletal disorders that includes the prevention of these disorders, as well as the maintenance, rehabilitation and reinsertion of the employees that already suffer from such disorders in the following manner:
The continuation of the European measures in MSD material initiated in the first European Week for Health and Safety at Work in 2000, turns its back on MSD´s, the expansion of the field of application of the European Week activities that concern the issues dealt with, and the involvement of the State members and countries of the AELC in the campaign activities.
The participation of I2BC in the campaign translated into the organisation and carrying out of meetings with employees, entrepreneurs and those in charge of security for the Technological Park of Andalucia, with the aim to reflect on the role that innovation has in the prevention of MSD´s and other work related risks, utilising the screening of videos realised by the European Agency of Health and Safety at Work and led by NAPO.
In agreement with the necessary requirements for the execution of CARELAB, the corresponding methodological approach to the general proposal is organised in the following general layout:
