Project
In this last phase, the ideas take shape and become reality through the launch of innovative projects, carried out using our “People Led Innovation (PLI)” methodology.
In the I2BC, projects are managed in an open and cooperative way, identifying all agents interested in collaborating with us, with the objective of forming strong project teams capable of achieving the stated objectives on time and completing the project in the most effective and efficient way.
