Curriculum Vitae
Julio Lorca has a degree in Medicine and Surgery, and is an active member of the Medical Inspectors in the health sector of the Security Administration. He also has a diploma in Hospital Management, with a Masters in Medical-Sanitary IT Systems and Technology. He also worked as the Provincial Inspections Director with the Board of Health, Project and Systems Director at the University Carlos Haya Hospital and as the Director of Technological Analysis in the Participation and Innovation Observatory of the Ministry of Business and Scientific Innovation of the Government of Andalucia. He is co-founder and president of the Foundation for eHealth, as well as Senior Editor of the magazine eSalud (eHealth) publishing numerous media articles as well as collaborating with dozens of congresses and conferences during the length of his professional career. He is currently the Director General of Institute for Innovation on Human Wellbeing.
