Christian Costa has an enterprising mind geared towards innovation for society, and has a career profile developed from studies abroad with the University of Computer Sciences and in Civil Engineering and Systems Analysis at the Catholic University of Chile. Specialising in Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and R&D+i Project Management, he has multi-sectorial experience in Banking, Health, Agro-Meteorology, Forestry, Telecommunications, Energy Bio-Technology, Aeronautics, Security, Defence, Robotics, and Military Systems, always along the common lines of research and development. An explorer of the relatively New Engineering discipline of Knowledge and of New Neuro-technology and Cognitive Robotics; inspirer of ideas, initiatives and processes of innovation, he formed the Theory of Familiarity and helped design the new Welfare and Cybernetic Robotics Laboratory for CIBIC.
