Direction Department
The main objective of the Direction Department is to encourage the use of innovation and technology towards the improvement of the human’s wellbeing, and to coordinate the different departments, combining their forces in able to accomplish i2BC´s objectives. From this department, high level cooperative and commercial relations are made with third-party institutions and companies, promoting initiatives with regards to the human’s wellbeing throughout our organisation, as well as other organisms and institutions.Integrants
Scientific Department
The Development Department’s role is to promote the search for various lines of financing offered by administration or other entities from the different levels of government (regional, federal, European) for R&D;+i projects, with the objective of supporting the setting up of initiatives by i2BC.Integrants

International Relations and Networks Department
The Department of International Relations and Networks’ main objectives are to internationalise i2BC’s activities, generate a strong and synergistic, national and international network of collaborators, with strategic placement and lobbying in various forums and with various representatives, along with the creation and stimulation of a citizen network.Integrants
Finance Department
The aim of the Finance Department is to exert judicious control – accounting, economic and financial, and in the development of the budget cycle, actively participating in the planning, coordination, execution, control, supervision, and evaluation of resources, with the ultimate aim of their proper assignment. Likewise, establishing dynamic financial policies, offering financial programming and the management of appropriate risk are all taken care of by the department.Integrants
General Services Department
The general services department is responsible for facilitating and helping with the tasks demanded by the President, the Director General, and the Heads of the various departments. Likewise, the management of the executive agenda is carried out, as well as the control and monitoring of the administrative work, assuring its proper completion.Integrants
