CIBIC Information
CIBIC is defined as an open centre where technology and its benefits are brought together with the human.
To accomplish this, CIBIC conforms to the following infrastructure:
- Support offices for i2BC.
- Auditorium.
- Display Area.
- Labs for real life scenario simulations, susceptible to technification.
- Technology Instrumentation Labs.
- CMER, Real Life Settings Mediation Centre: able to promote, facilitate and incorporate the human´s voice at every level of the innovation process. In this way, the centre becomes a link between the human and the information technologies.
- Reception.
- Cafeteria and Media Library.
The main differential value of CIBIC would be its infrastructure, created specifically to develop simulations in environments that recreate daily life at home, at work, outside, and assistive environments.
CIBIC is a building conceived as a place of study and experimentation of new scenarios of social interaction and human development, derived from new technologies, in a global economic framework. A space equipped with laboratories that can simulate our daily activities, together with other labs of convergence technology with a high level of practical application.
It is situated in the Technological Park of Andalucia in the outskirts of Malaga.
